Terms and Conditions
All bookings require a deposit of £100 which will be taken off total treatment price.
All treatments require full consultation to determine suitability. Medical health questionnaire and consent forms must be completed prior to treatment.
All anti wrinkle appointments require a face to face consultation to establish suitability. If you are deemed medically suitable a prescription will be ordered and you will be asked to return to the clinic on a separate day.
Reschedule/Cancellation policy
- If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded. Your booking can be transferred to another date
